Strategy

Strategy and Consulting

Clarity before creativity.

We start with the business objective, not the deliverable, so every design and media decision has a reason behind it.

The problem we usually meet

Many businesses commission logos, reels, websites and advertising separately, then discover that none of it adds up to a clear position in the market. Budget is spent on output rather than direction.

How we approach it

Strategy at Diglizer is deliberately practical. We work through what the business sells, who actually buys it, what competitors are saying and where the current digital presence is losing attention.

The outcome is a written direction the whole team can work from: how the brand should be positioned, which audiences matter, what to say to them and which channels deserve budget first.

We keep the document short enough to be used. A strategy that nobody reads has no value, so we prioritise decisions over decks.

03

04

Questions we are asked

Do we need strategy work if we only want a website?
Not always. If the positioning and audience are already clear, we can move directly into design. If they are not, a short strategy phase usually saves rework later.
How long does a strategy engagement take?
A focused positioning and channel plan typically takes two to three weeks, depending on how quickly information and stakeholder time are available.
